About the Position
As a Digital (Web/App) Project Manager at Moxie SEO, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of web and mobile app development projects. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, from inception to launch, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals
- Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management
- Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to gather project requirements and define project scope
- Coordinate and prioritize tasks, ensuring effective communication and alignment across all stakeholders
- Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies
- Identify and resolve project issues or conflicts, proactively mitigating any potential risks
- Monitor project performance and metrics, ensuring adherence to quality standards

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on web and mobile app development projects
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong understanding of web and app development technologies, processes, and best practices
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus
